Two shapes: (1) Dessert tour — paced stops for gelato / helado / pastelerías, including a scratch ice-cream kitchen or factory visit when the maker can host; you pre-order signature flavors (maracuyá, pistachio, nopal/cactus, limón, mango chile, chocolate mexicano, seasonal). (2) Pool cart day — we bring a freezer cart (or staged freezer + attendant) to the villa with your flavor list, cones/cups, toppings, and a refill plan so the pool deck stays the venue. Half-day or full afternoon. Family default; romantic evening gelato stroll variant available. Dietary notes (dairy-free / kid sizes) in advance. Not a supermarket pint run — makers who actually churn.
